Responsibilities

• Remove dirty linen and trash from guest rooms.
• Fold towels, bathmats, pillowcases, and bed linens.
• Keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Assist with stocking linen shelves.
• Assist with cleaning guest rooms when needed.
• Refer guest complaints to management.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Attend staff meetings.
