Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and frontline staff with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. The role involves maintaining facilities, supporting managers, and ensuring a positive customer experience during daily shifts.

The position offers a schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with starting pay between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our commitment to team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
