Delta Hotel by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront seeks a Front Desk Team member to deliver exceptional guest service at the coastal property. You will greet guests, manage check-in and information requests, and support guests with local recommendations and hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information about hours and local attractions.
• Process registrations and room assignments; issue keys and prepare welcome folders.
• Handle payments, post charges to guest accounts, and balance the house bank as needed.
• Supervise Guest Service Agents and assist during peak periods.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain attendance and reliability; perform other front desk duties as assigned.
