Job summary

Ripley Entertainment Inc. is seeking a part-time supervisor for Tommy Bartlett Exploratory in Wisconsin Dells. The role focuses on maintaining guest services, show standards, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.

You will assist with cash handling and cover closing shifts as needed. The supervisor ensures a guest-friendly environment, trains staff on standards, and supports management with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks and coordinating floor coverage on

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with cash handling and deposits.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and uphold outstanding guest service standards.
• Communicate guest service standards.
• Maintain show standards, displays, safety, signing standards, and cleanliness.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in tasks including cash management (safe, cash outs, deposits, etc…).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Relieve lunch breaks and cover floor shifts when needed.
