Job summary

Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, part of Westgate Resorts, is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead Bell Services, Shuttle, Valet, and Front Drive teams for an elevated guest experience from arrival to departure.

You will work hands-on, lifting luggage and ski equipment, while mentoring staff and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Requires stamina and ability to work indoors/outdoors and move quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Bell Services, Shuttle, Valet, and Front Drive teams to deliver guest service.
  • Assist with arrivals, departures, and transportation needs.
  • Load/unload and transport luggage and ski equipment safely.
  • Coordinate dispatching from the Guest Services Desk.
  • Train staff on arrival/departure standards and service expectations.
  • Maintain smooth operations across shuttle, valet, and equipment handling.
  • Track and deliver guest luggage and packages accurately.
  • Coach staff and assist with scheduling and development.
  • Conduct vehicle/workplace inspections and stock supplies.
  • Use problem-solving to resolve issues and elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with departments to support guest needs.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that works alongside the team daily and requires the ability to lift and transport guest luggage, ski equipment, and other items while delivering exceptional service and support.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and support the Bell Services, Shuttle, Valet, and Front Drive teams to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Work alongside team members in a hands‑on capacity, assisting with guest arrivals, departures, and transportation needs.
  • Load, unload, lift, and transport guest luggage, ski equipment, and other personal belongings safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate dispatching from the Guest Services Desk for efficient guest support.
  • Train team members on arrival/departure standards, luggage handling, guest engagement, and Forbes Service expectations.
  • Maintain smooth operations across shuttle transportation, valet support, and equipment handling.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, storing, and delivery of guest luggage and packages.
  • Lead, coach, and support staff while assisting with scheduling and team development.
  • Conduct vehicle and workplace inspections and ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Use problem‑solving skills to resolve issues and elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with departments to support guest needs and resort operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.
Qualifications

  • Requires physical stamina and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, remain on your feet for extended periods, climb stairs, and move quickly for short distances as needed.
