Job summary

The City of Greeley is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join the Recreation Division and deliver quality customer service at our recreation facilities, including the Recreation Center, Family FunPlex, and summer pools. This role supports daily operations, processes registrations and memberships, and books facility rentals.

Minimum requirements include CPR, First Aid and AED certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).

Qualifications

• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Experience and knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons in a timely manner and assist with their activities and safety.
• Answer and transfer a high volume of telephone calls.
• Process class, activity registrations, and facility bookings.
• Sell memberships and schedule park shelter rentals.
• Provide information about Recreation facilities, programs, services and events.
• Assist with childcare duties as part of the role.
