Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch, a Troon-managed property in Bradenton, FL, seeks a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. You will welcome guests, answer calls, schedule appointments, and perform clerical tasks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, visitors, and guests and directs them to the proper location.
• Answers and screens phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail and deliveries and handles basic clerical tasks.
• Performs general administrative support and basic filing/recordkeeping.
• Provides other duties as assigned by the front desk.
