Job summary

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. You will greet members and guests, answer calls, and provide administrative support within a fast-paced hospitality setting under Troon.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, ability to work weekends/evenings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Jonas/Publisher. Healthcare, retirement, PTO, and more benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of administrative experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and speak English to perform the duties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas and Publisher.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, visitors, and guests; directs to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties as required.
