Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, handling payments, and coordinating with housekeeping and other teams to ensure a smooth stay. On-site role with daily interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Greet, register guests and upsell hotel services.
• Ability to handle payments and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms; issues keys and sets wake-up calls.
• Ensures guest safety by following security procedures and privacy policies.
• Checks out guests, processes payments, and deposits according to procedures.
• Responds to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions; provides directions.
• Maintains lobby and front desk area clean and organized.
