Residence Inn by Marriott Cedar Rapids is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms to brand standards and create a welcoming, home-like experience for every guest. Based at 1900 Dodge Road NE in Cedar Rapids, IA, you will clean rooms, assist with turn-down service, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, proactive approach.

What You’ll Do as Housekeeper

• Guest Room Excellence: Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities.
• Turn Down Service: Provide additional room refreshment and turn-down service as needed.
• Guest Service: Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings with other staff members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
