Job summary

Captain Whidbey Inn is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to check guests in and out, handle room credits, keys, and requests, and support the Guest Services team with financial and service tasks. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and create memorable experiences for guests who can’t wait to return.

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, along with cash handling and using a POS system.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized POS system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk check-in and check-out according to hotel procedures.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate the PBX and radio paging system as needed.
• Assist with restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations for guests.
