Job summary

Captain Whidbey Inn is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-in/check-out, issue room keys, and handle guest requests. You will work with the Guest Services and Front Office teams to support financial and service tasks that create memorable guest experiences on Whidbey Island.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, cash handling and POS knowledge, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently following hotel procedures.
• Knowledgeable with the property management system (PMS).
• Operate the PBX and paging system per procedures.
• Issue room keys and guide guests to services and areas.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and consult management when needed.
• Assist with restaurant, transportation, and activity reservations.
