Job summary

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort in Highland, NY seeks a friendly Guest Services Attendant to greet guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate luggage and shuttle service across multiple shifts (7:30-3, 3-11, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout shift.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and set a positive first impression.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with urgency and courtesy.
• Coordinate luggage collection, storage and delivery for guests.
• Provide shuttle service to train station, airport and other locations.
