Rocking Horse Ranch Resort in Highland, NY is seeking a talented Bartender to join our busy food and bar service outlets. You’ll serve patrons at the saloon, pool bar, and dining room, delivering friendly, efficient service in a family-friendly resort setting.

A tipped position with weekends and holidays required. The ideal candidate has drink knowledge, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work quickly on a fast-paced team, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to each guest while maintaining a clean bar area in accordance with the resort’s guidelines and sanitation standards
• Mix all drinks based on serving sizes as trained
• Maintain an efficient work pace to ensure guests are satisfied at the saloon and dining room at all times
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout your shift
• Perform alcohol inventories at the end of each shift to maintain proper inventory

Our ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of drink recipes and can deliver excellent guest service. You will be responsible for serving patrons at our saloon, pool bar, and dining room. Weekends and holidays are required.
