Oxford Suites & Hotels in Redding is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver exceptional guest service at check-in and check-out. You will process payments, share information on hotel amenities, and uphold brand standards to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests politely and efficiently.
• Process payments per hotel procedures.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns using Oxford Hospitality standards.
• Assist with shuttle service or related duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate guest needs to relevant departments.
