Responsibilities

• Engage guests with generous hospitality at Cherry Street Mission.
• Conduct admission, intake, screenings, and referrals to programs.
• Assist navigators and partners in contacting difficult guests.
• Enter information accurately into software in a timely manner.
• Answer incoming calls related to Guest Services and Programs.
• Monitor building safety and flow; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and debriefing when necessary.
• Assist with check-in at shelters and support residents.
• Attend trainings and mandatory staff meetings; uphold SOPs.
