Job summary

Outlets at Barstow is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Associate to assist guests and tenants and support management. You will answer questions about store locations, hours, directions, and events, and help circulate memos and promotional materials.

This role requires basic MS Office skills, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed. You will log lost and found, manage gift card requests, and maintain a welcoming center atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Entry level MS Office data entry and reporting skills.
• Ability to research via internet search engines and basic social media use.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain the Customer Service area on schedule.
• Assist customers and tenants with information, hours and directions.
• Circulate memos and promotional materials to tenants.
• Support Marketing with traffic reports and event logistics.
• Maintain lost and found inventory and process gift card requests.
• Handle customer complaint forms and report to General Manager.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
