The Outlets At San Clemente is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to staff weekend shifts at our coastal center. You will assist shoppers and tenants, provide information, and help with events and promotions.

This role offers weekend availability, on-site work, and opportunities to support operations, guest services, and guest satisfaction in a vibrant retail environment on the Southern California coast.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in customer service or related area preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office for data entry and reports.
• Ability to conduct research using the Internet and social media.

Responsibilities

• Open the Customer Service area on time.
• Assist customers and tenants with information, hours and directions.
• Circulate memos, newsletters, and promotional material to tenants.
• Support Marketing with events and traffic reports.
• Maintain stroller/wheelchair rentals and lost and found inventory.
• Process gift card requests and handle cash transactions.
• May provide shuttle service; valid Driver's License may be required.
