Job summary

Pilot Company is looking for a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service. The role requires readiness to support managers, maintain clean, safe facilities, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in retail operations, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Compensation is hourly with benefits options available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
