Pilot Company is hiring Shift Leaders to supervise store staff and oversee daily operations, ensuring strong customer service and smooth facility performance. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to assist managers with tasks to maintain quality and efficiency.

You should be comfortable operating store systems and delivering PFJ’s service standards. Ideal candidates have retail experience, a team attitude, and the flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer and related equipment.
• Capable of working with a diverse team and communicating with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.
