Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and staff, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our facilities run smoothly.

You will work with a team, respond to guest needs, handle calculations and computer tasks, and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Starting pay at $14.95–$22.22 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits (medical, dental/vision, 401(k), FSA, tuition assistance, adoption support).

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
