Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, following the club's service standards. You will learn the 3-steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—and support dining operations to ensure member satisfaction and retention.

In this non-lead role, you will work with a team, greet guests by name, and assist with daily side work while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service, following Invited’s training program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Know the menu and daily features, greet members by name.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve promptly.
• Attend daily briefings and perform required duties to support club operations.
