Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Server to help create exceptional dining experiences across our community. In the dining room, the Bistro, and Luminations memory care, you will deliver attentive service and uphold The Sterling Touch in every interaction.

You should be passionate about hospitality, have prior serving experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team. This role offers the chance to grow with us, with benefits like PTO, insurance, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guests.
