Grand Living Park at Lake Mary is seeking a Server to provide memorable dining experiences across our luxury senior living community in Lake Mary, FL. You will serve residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail in our dining rooms, Bistro, and during special events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts.

What You'll Do

As aServer, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences throughout our community. Whether serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, or delivering personalized service in Luminations®(memory care), you'll bring The Sterling Touch® to every interaction.

In this role, you will:

What You Bring

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service.

Preferred qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous serving or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
• This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.
