This role supports hotel operations by handling sales records, client communications, and front desk duties to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in/check-out and coordinated services.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales records, prepare proposals and reports, coordinate group business and client contracts, and assist with client communications.
• Provide front desk support to ensure guest satisfaction and optimize revenue through check-in/check-out and coordinating hotel services.
• Answer guest reservation requests, handle phone inquiries, and respond to requests, compliments, or complaints with appropriate action.
