Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. seeks a Campground Ranger in Gladys, Virginia to help protect guests and property while delivering friendly service. You will patrol the grounds, answer questions, enforce rules and assist with safety procedures.

Responsibilities include securing the property, monitoring gate access, checking in campers, taking reservations, and supporting guest happiness through proactive communication and teamwork in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Ability to assess situations and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for issues and security concerns.
• Ensure secure premises and gate access.
• Enforce resort rules and assist guests as needed.
• Manage check-ins, reservations, and day passes.
