Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Ticketing Cashier for Stone Mountain Park & Attractions. In this role you will greet guests, process reservations and ticketing transactions, and help guests with information and directions.

You will operate a POS system, handle cash and card payments, and support guest services with a positive attitude. The position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Book reservations and coordinate registration
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
