Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Georgia is hiring a Hospitality Worker II to ensure guest satisfaction by greeting guests, handling reservations, and addressing concerns with a proactive service mindset.

You will assist guests with information, coordinate registrations, process cash/credit transactions, and communicate across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Previous guest services experience is preferred, along with strong communication and attention to detail.

The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
