Job summary

Oak View Group in Orlando, FL is seeking Premium Attendants to join our fast-paced hospitality team. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain presentation, and collaborate with a dynamic crew during events at InterCo Stadium.

This part-time role pays $14.00 per hour and is tip eligible, with benefits including 401(k) savings and matching. The position supports outdoor event operations and requires strong customer service and food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced food & beverage environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Clear, professional communication with staff and guests; team-oriented and respectful.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS reconciliation.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the event.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders and uphold service timelines.
• Have full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and share this knowledge with guests in the suite, including ingredients, portion sizes, pricing, and preparation.
• Record a guest’s order and relay it to the Suite Captain or Manager.
• Observe guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests.
• Present the guest with the final bill summary and accept payment as necessary.
• Assist with post‑event breakdown and reset.
• Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.

About The Venue

Inter&Co Stadium is a premier sports venue located in the heart of downtown Orlando. The stadium serves as the home of Orlando City SC, Orlando Pride, and the new Orlando Storm UFL expansion team. Inter&Co Stadium features 32 premium suites and 8 unique premium hospitality spaces, each designed to deliver elevated food, beverage, and service experiences on matchdays and special events. Throughout the season, we host thousands of guests across professional soccer and football, supported by a fast‑paced, hospitality‑driven team.

• Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are required.
