The Role:

The Guest Service Member interacts with customers to provide information about products and services, and handles and resolves complaints.

Job Functions:

  1. Deliver exemplary customer service to foster loyalty. Respond to inbound calls, analyze concerns, and determine effective resolutions.
  2. Adapt to customer needs, ensuring understanding and appropriate actions to meet and exceed expectations. Promote sales of additional services or products.
  3. Communicate with customers via phone or in person to provide information, process orders, cancel accounts, or address complaints.
  4. Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after events.
  5. Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
  7. Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments for further investigation.
  8. Assist guests with questions or needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  4. Strong teamwork skills and ability to execute programs.
  5. Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, lift and carry 50 lbs+; occasional sitting.
  6. Applicants in the U.S. must have work authorization without employer-sponsored visas.
