Base Pay Range

$15.00/yr - $15.49/yr

Responsibilities
  • Receive and confirm room reservations via letter, phone, email, or in person.
  • Register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and escort guests as needed.
  • Ensure only authorized patrons use government-sponsored quarters.
  • Calculate, post charges, and balance patron accounts.
  • Accept payments, make change, and prepare checkout statements.
  • Safeguard cash receipts and prepare daily reports.
  • Maintain current checkout lists and sell sundry items.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ensure all guest information is entered accurately into the system.
  • Print backup reports and update housekeeping status.
  • Report maintenance issues and keep the front desk area clean.
  • Perform Night Audit procedures and close credit card machines nightly.
  • Maintain the lost and found program.
  • Prioritize excellent customer service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Must pass a background investigation.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications

Open to all applicants. Eligibility is determined by the information provided in the application and supporting documents, due by 05/25/2025. Relevant experience includes clerical or cashier work demonstrating customer service skills, arithmetic proficiency, and ability to handle transactions.

Experience can include paid, unpaid, or volunteer work, including military service or community programs. Education cannot substitute experience for this role. Foreign education is acceptable if verified as equivalent to U.S. standards.

  • Must meet all qualification, background, and eligibility requirements.
  • U.S. Citizens and qualifying non-citizens with residency in the U.S. Territory for 3+ years are eligible.
  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must be registered for Selective Service.
