Job summary

Legends Global operates the Truist Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky, and seeks part-time guest services associates. The positions are “as needed” with no guaranteed hours, and labor needs vary with events. You will greet guests, assist with tickets, direct patrons, and help maintain a safe, orderly arena environment.

This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior stadium experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a stadium or arena in a guest service or security role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage flow for event entry.
  • Verify tickets and count arriving guests.
  • Provide directions to seats and arena areas.
  • Confirm guests are in the correct seating sections.
  • Deny entry to unauthorized guests.
  • Keep assigned area clean and ensure aisles are clear.
  • Identify safety concerns and report to supervisor.
  • Deliver excellent guest service and address requests.

Job description

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is recruiting part-time associates for the Guest Services department at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Our business is event based and our labor needs vary widely from week to week and event to event. For this reason, all of our part-time positions are “as needed” and we cannot offer employees consistent schedules or a guaranteed number of hours per week.

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Greet all patrons to the facility while keeping guests moving at all times.
  • Ensure all guests have tickets, scan tickets and/or keep a count of arriving guests.
  • Provide guests with directions to their ticketed seat and other areas of the arena as needed.
  • Confirm guests are sitting in the section per their ticket.
  • Deny entrance to guests attempting to enter the facility without proper credentials or ticket.
  • Check that assigned area is clean and presentable prior to doors opening, keep all walkway and aisles clear during event.
  • Recognize potential guest and safety issues, report incidents and concerns to supervisor.
  • Provide the guest with the best possible service – listen to all issues/concerns and requests for assistance.

  • Stand for extended periods and navigate arena as needed to assist guests and colleagues.
Education and/or Experience
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a stadium or arena in a guest service or security role preferred but not required
Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some computer and/or smart phone knowledge.
