Job summary

Legends Global is seeking part-time Guest Services Representatives for Truist Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky. You will greet patrons, verify tickets, direct guests to seats, and help ensure a safe and smooth event experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior stadium or arena experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a stadium/arena guest service or security preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons, scan tickets, and direct guests to seats.
• Ensure guests have proper credentials and deny entry without tickets.
• Maintain clean, presentable areas and assist guests.
• Report incidents to supervisor and handle guest concerns.
