Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
• Perform butler duties (replenishing mini-bar, polishing glassware, taking out trash, collecting room service trays)
• Possible night audit shifts, typically 11pm–7am

• Ability to work night audit shifts as needed. A typical Night Audit shift is from 11pm to 7am.
