Henderson Pet Resort, one of the Vegas area's most trusted Pet Resorts, is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Receptionist to join our team of outstanding pet care professionals.

Applicants must love dogs! The position will include greeting and engaging with clients and their pets, assisting with reservations, answering phone calls and client inquiries, data entry and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbals skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have previous experience in customer service. This position will require working weekends, evenings and some holidays.

On a typical day as a Guest Services Receptionist you will work with others on our team in our spacious lobby. You will assist clients who drop off or pick up their pets for Lodging, Daycare, Training and Grooming services. You will interact with clients by phone, text, email and in person. Specific duties will also include retail inventory and sales, processing payments, maintaining client records and keeping our lobby clean and inviting. You will be able to pet fifty or more dogs per day on average.
