You Must Have:

• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience is an asset
• Strong technical skills and experience with Mac computers

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first and last impression for Guests, embodying the Blo brand
• Be professional, friendly, tactful, and able to diffuse tense situations, turning good experiences into great ones
• Participate in maintaining a professional, clean, fun, and respectful work environment
• Engage in routine training and skill development
• Potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup or promoted to senior hairstylist or management roles
