Spice Holdings LLC is offering an exciting global opportunity for dynamic, internet-savvy individuals to join our team asLivestream HostsofInstaJobs Live— a fast-growing weekly show that features 10–15 minute interviews with Job Seekers.

️ What is InstaJobs Live?

InstaJobs Liveis a weekly livestream showcasing engaging interviews, career insights, industry trends and opportunities in the recruitment space.

We stream live across multiple platforms and invite talented individuals like you to host and grow with us.

As a Host, you will:

• Invite Job Seekers to participate as your guests in a 10-15 minute interviews on the InstaJobs Live platform. This promotion can be done via direct messaging and social media outreach.
• Plan, schedule and conduct pre-recorded interviews with Job Seekers via Zoom. Later Hosts will be able to do livestream Job Seeker interviews.
• Research the profiles and backgrounds of your guests to develop tailored, professional interview questions.
• Upload your pre-recorded video interview to our platform to be edited, branded and livestreamed on YouTube, Instagram and other social media networks.
• Promote your Job Seeker interviews on InstaJobs Live across your social media networks.
• Encourage your guests to promote their Job Seeker interviews across their social media networks.
• Manage online communications with guests and sponsors, as required.

️Minimum Requirement: Host at least2 interviews per month

Host as many interviews as your schedule allows!

Host Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Charismatic and media-friendly
• Comfortable with internet tools and social platforms
• Computer literate with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and ideally other native languages
• Experienced in podcasting or live shows (optional but an asset)

No technical skills are required — we provide full training!

What You’ll Need

• Zoom account for pre-recorded Job Seeker interviews. Free account can work.
• Reliable internet
• Laptop/desktop + smartphone
• WhatsAppaccount
• Payment platform to receive funds directly from sponsors.

Businesses worldwide will be invited to place30-secondvideo ads in your livestream episodes at a rate ofUS$50 -US$75per spot. See rates below.

Hosts keep100%of the revenue from sponsors and advertisers on your episodes. Sponsors make payment directly to the hosts.

Sponsors must provide their own 30-sec video ad.
