You will greet guests in promotions and admissions, issue complimentaries, and help coordinate reservations and transportation. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations ( Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division ).
• Physical mobility with the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets and answers inquiries from guests in promotions booth and admissions areas.
• Issue complimentaries and screen test/marquee cards.
• Coordinate dinner reservations or transportation needs.
• Retrieve table games ratings and utilize patron response functions.
• Redeem star points using casino computer system.
• Assist guests with special needs.
• Communicate marketing programs and promotions.
• Monitor inventory of promotional items and reorder when needed.
• Lead property tours when required.
