Job summary

Hyland Hills Fitness Center in Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time Guest Services team member to deliver friendly customer service and perform registrations, payments, and basic inquiries.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays across both Hyland Hills Fitness Center and Hyland Hills Sports Center. CPR/First Aid training is encouraged within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of POS systems (RecTrac or similar platforms).
• Ability to perform accurate cash handling and financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with demonstrated leadership.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Know and represent Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District and Core Values.
• Delivers high level of customer service with courteous, patient, and assertive language.
• Process payments for activities, rentals, and registrations over the phone and online as needed.
• Utilize RecTrac for payments, memberships, rentals, and registrations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies at facilities when needed.
• Complete incident reports and notify management of issues.
• Maintain facility sanitation via daily cleaning and safety checks.
• Work at both Hyland Hills Fitness Center and Hyland Hills Sports Center.
• May serve as manager on duty during off-hours for decision-making and supervision.
• Set up and tear down equipment for events and rooms.
• Assist recreation coordinators with program tasks and operations.
