Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in the golf shop.
• Use point of sale to make reservations and check in guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist with tee-time bookings and merchandise display.
• Promote golf course programs and services and assist with tournaments.
• Assist with Junior Golf and Cottonwood Lodge operations as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly shop areas and wear uniform per policy.
• Work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
