Job summary

Shaner Hotels’ Towanda Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer questions about local attractions along Route 6 in Pennsylvania’s Endless Mountains.

The 88-room property offers convenient access to attractions like the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and Mount Pisgah State Park, with amenities including free breakfast, an indoor pool, and free Wi-Fi.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
