Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a calculator and perform basic math accurately.
• Able to handle cash transactions and balance house bank.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them promptly and courteously.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the computer system and manage room charges.
• Process payments and post charges to guest accounts.
• Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Resolve guest concerns and assist in ensuring a positive stay.
