Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain property-wide lawn and grounds upkeep, including flowerbeds and trees.
• Keep exterior surfaces and walkways safe and visually presentable; clear ice/snow as needed.
• Maintain parking lots and sidewalks free of debris and hazards.
• Oversee maintenance of fleet vehicles and upkeep of related records.
• Replace non-working lights and monitor fluid levels in vehicles.
• Assist with events and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work safely with proper equipment and adhere to all safety protocols.
