Job summary

Hotel Avail, A Tapestry Collection By Hilton in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking an energetic Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support a friendly, fast-paced front desk.

You’ll check guests in/out, respond to requests with empathy, process payments, update reservations, and collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel experience or a related degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update their accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk, ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
