Atrium Hospitality's Rogers Embassy Suites in Rogers, AR is hiring for a full-time Front Desk Associate. You will greet guests, check in/out, and ensure a warm, efficient experience at the lobby.

This position offers a compensation range of $15.50–$16.28 per hour, with benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, DailyPay, and opportunities for internal growth. High school diploma and hospitality aptitude are desired.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Hospitality or leadership background preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech-savvy to use hotel systems confidently.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and assist guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and efficiency.
• Train new front desk team members and act as a friendly coach.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Support daily tasks such as event sheets, business center support, and lobby readiness.
