Job summary

Thunderzone LLC in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Front Counter / Guest Services Team Member. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, sell lane time and arcade cards, and coordinate game sessions with a friendly, energetic approach.

As the “Air Traffic Controller,” you’ll keep lanes stocked, sanitize footwear, manage waitlists, handle transactions, and help guests redeem prizes. The role requires long hours on your feet and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities under pressure.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Physical stamina: long hours on your feet and moving around a large facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enthusiastic, warm welcome to every guest walking through the doors.
• Answer phone calls efficiently and professionally, answering questions regarding pricing, hours, attractions, and promotions appropriately.
• Act as a first-line problem solver for guest issues, handling complaints with patience and grace, and relaying larger concerns to management.
• Ring up transactions, issue lanes, activate game cards, and book sessions.
• Manage lane waitlists, rental shoes, and bowling balls; assist guests at the redemption counter.
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing and tidying lanes, tables, and touchpoints; assist with general maintenance.
• Ensure weekend availability; adhere to the operation hours listed (noon opening; late hours on weekends).
