Job summary

Thunderzone LLC in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the face of the venue, greeting guests, answering phones, and driving sales of lane time, laser tag and arcade cards. You’ll coordinate lane flow, sanitize equipment, and keep the redemption counter organized to ensure guests leave excited and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 16–18 years of age.
• Effective Communication: Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and professionally with both guests and teammates.
• Physicality: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and move comfortably in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Tech‑Savvy: Ability to quickly and accurately learn our Point‑of‑Sale (POS) registers and specialized scoring systems.
• Team Player: A positive “can-do” attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
• Multitasking Pro: Comfort handling multiple priorities at once.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome & Communication: Greet guests, handle inquiries, and manage phone calls.
• Transaction Management: Process sales for lane time, laser tag, and arcade cards with the POS system.
• Proactive Guest Support: Answer questions and troubleshoot to ensure a positive experience.
• Attraction Flow: Monitor activity, assign lanes, and manage queues to keep traffic moving.
• Redemption Counter Operations: Help guests redeem arcade rewards and manage prizes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Sanitize and return rental equipment to designated areas.
