Job summary

Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Team Member for the Elevance Health Rink at Morris Bicentennial Plaza in Indianapolis, IN. This seasonal role supports the Operations department and serves as the first point of contact for guests.

You will greet guests, provide information, process registrations/payments, record waivers and event data, and assist with game sheets and scores. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork is required.

• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Must be respectful and friendly to athletes, guests, and team members.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to work with diverse age groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs, pricing and schedules.
• Operate multi-line phones and record waivers/event information.
• Record event scores (tournaments/leagues) and print game sheets daily.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and team member information.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or direct to the appropriate manager.
• Know and enforce the venue policies and procedures.
• Complete daily assignments and other duties as assigned.
