Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Team Member for the PSM Icehouse in Fort Wayne, IN. This full-time, non-exempt role provides first-line guest support, handles registrations, payments, and program information, and helps maintain a welcoming venue.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments for leagues and camps, managing phones, recording waivers and scores, and ensuring policy adherence. A strong service mindset and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-ins.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs, formats, and meeting times.
• Operate multi-line phones and assist with general inquiries.
• Record waivers and event information and print game sheets daily.
• Professionally resolve guest concerns or escalate to the manager as needed.
