Job summary

LaTour Hotels and Resorts (LHR) seeks a Guest Services Representative / Night Auditor at Peppertree Ocean Club, North Myrtle Beach, SC. The role covers evening front desk operations, guest services, and periodic night audit duties balancing accounts for management.

You will greet guests, answer inquiries, provide local info, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience while maintaining security and accuracy of financial records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or accounting coursework preferred.
• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Night audit experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide resort and local area information and directions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
• Handle room charges accurately and maintain front desk area.
